CHEVRON AND TEXACO FUEL CREDITS PROGRAM
By participating in the Chevron and Texaco Fuel Credits Program (the "Fuel Credits Program"), you hereby agree to be bound
by the following terms and conditions:

Introductory 60-day Fuel Credit Offer for All New Card Accounts

The introductory 60-day Fuel Credit offer is available for all new Card Accounts. For each Fuel Purchase you make within the

first 60 days after your Card Account is opened, you will accrue ten cents ($0.10) per gallon as a Fuel Credit. A maximum of

$300 can be accrued during the 60-day promotional period. After the 60-day introductory period, the Fuel Credits Program

is available only to holders of Chevron Visa and Texaco Visa Card Accounts.

How Fuel Credits Work

Qualifying fuel purchases ("Fuel Purchases") are fuel purchases made at any participating Chevron or Texaco branded retail

location in the United States and charged to your Card Account. A Fuel Credit ("Fuel Credit") is a statement credit accrued

on Fuel Purchases that can be applied to future fuel purchases made using your Card Account. When earned, Fuel Credits will

automatically appear on your next monthly billing statement and will be applied as a statement credit in the next monthly

billing statement in which a Fuel Purchase is made. Fuel Credits will only be applied to Chevron or Texaco fuel purchases.

Fuel Credits do not accrue on Chevron or Texaco commercial diesel, aviation or marine fuel purchases. If the value of a Fuel

Purchase is less than the value of the Fuel Credits being redeemed, then any remaining Fuel Credit balance will be carried

over to the next monthly billing statement in which a Fuel Purchase is made. Fuel Credits expire 6 months from the date

accrued if no further Fuel Purchases are made. If your Card Account is suspended, you cannot accrue or redeem Fuel Credits

until your charging privileges have been restored. Fuel Credits will be forfeited if the Card Account is closed, whether by you

or Synchrony Bank.

The Fuel Credits Program for Chevron Visa and Texaco Visa Card Accounts

To earn Fuel Credits, you must meet eligible spending thresholds in any billing period. Eligible spending includes net

purchases made on your Card Account, other than (i) any purchases made at Chevron or Texaco branded merchants or (ii)

any purchases at other fuel merchants. If you spend more than $300 in eligible spending in any billing period, you will accrue

ten cents ($0.10) per gallon in Fuel Credits for each gallon of Chevron or Texaco fuel purchased in that billing period. If you

spend more than $1000 in eligible spending in any billing period, you will accrue twenty cents ($0.20) per gallon in Fuel Credits

for each gallon of Chevron or Texaco fuel purchased in that billing period. A maximum of $300 in total Fuel Credits may be

earned in any calendar year and a maximum of $300 in total Fuel Credits may be redeemed in any calendar year.

Comply with General Fuel Credits Program Terms

Fuel Credits cannot be applied to prior purchases on your Account, used as payment on an Account, redeemed for cash or

applied against non-Chevron or non-Texaco Fuel Purchases. Fuel Credits are not transferable. Fuel Credits are not "gifts" and

are not intended for gift-giving purposes. You acknowledge that any Fuel Credits accrued are purely promotional and are

provided without the payment of any consideration or other thing of value. Unless and until you make a Chevron or Texaco

Fuel Purchase after accruing a Fuel Credit in accordance with these terms, no right, title, or interest in the Fuel Credits has

been earned. We reserve the right to remove any person from the Fuel Credits Program in the event of any fraud or abuse in

connection with this Fuel Credits Program. Participation in the Fuel Credits Program will be suspended if the account is

suspended. We reserve the right to change or terminate this Fuel Credits Program at any time and in any manner without

notice. Changes may include, among other things, changing the benefits, imposing additional restrictions or terminating

the program.
